With the development of society,the problem of food safety discussed more and more hotly.The reason why food safety problems happen is that some of the food producers are too fond of making money, as a result, they use whatever will make the food look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences.
As far as I am concerned ,measure must be taken to solve the problem, Firstly,the government needs everything possible to ensure the quality of products,particularly the safety of food as this concerns everyone's life. Secondly,as for the producers,it is very important for them to be morally honest. They should never try to pursue profit or economic growth at the expense of health and life of people. Thirdly,we consumers must attach importance to the things we eat and develop an awareness of how to protect our legal rights if cheated.
Only in this way,can we live a good life and have a good health.
Food Safety
Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue.
First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.
All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods.
Food safety has become a rising concern among Chinese citizens after a series of food contamination accidents occurred across the country in recent years. The most notorious case involved the recent tainted milk powder incident that has caused kidney stones in tens of thousands of infants. Food producers should be blamed for the frequent food safety incidents. In order to sell more products and make more profits, some food producers may take the risk of breaking the law and deliberately add various dangerous chemicals to make their food look or taste better.
In my view, to guarantee the food safety, firstly, we should improve the supervision system. Secondly, we should severely punish the criminals. In this way, our food will conform to the standard and thus become safer and safer.

From the appearance, the Malatang seems bright and attractive; as for the taste, you may get some clues as seeing people eating like wolves and tigers.
You might wonder: how could there be any danger behind these delicious foods like Malatang? But the truth is, the more attractive it looks, the greater it tastes, the more dangerous it could be. Driven by the interests, the venders are determined to make money by fair means or foul. During the production of the food, they perpetrate frauds and adulterate the quality.
Secret one: chicken soup. The soup is mostly made with cheap chicken bones, and will be used repeatedly, sometimes in order to provide freshness, chicken essence is needed too. In addition, those in
the name of "Malatang" soup, in fact, are all water.
Secret two: vegetables. Leftovers and fresh vegetables are put together, looks like there is no difference when boiled. In this way， It not only makes no waste, but also save a great amount of cost. If you worry about the leftovers will be too tired out, the snack vender often covered it with a piece of cloth, sprayed with water, so that the dishes are not easy to become listless.
